The Position

Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) Lead

The FEP Lead serves as a key strategic partner to the commercial and operational organization. The mission is to integrate a deep understanding of the business with financial expertise to drive critical initiatives that deliver tangible value to patients, customers, and the enterprise. This leader must navigate complex environments, promoting an ecosystem mindset and agility to maximize the impact of every decision.

The Opportunity: 

1. Strategy and Decision Making

  • Business Partner: Collaborate beyond the Finance function to shape and deliver organizational strategy by applying functional expertise and objectivity.

  • Resource Allocation: Prioritize and balance resource investment between short-term gains and long-term potential, ensuring maximum value for the entity.

  • Commercial Vision: Participate in the creation of revenue strategies, innovative business models, and commercial planning processes.

2. Leadership and Transformation

  • Talent Management: Act as a coach and mentor for the Finance and Operations teams, fostering an inclusive environment focused on diversity and high performance.

  • Agile Culture: Lead organizational transformation by embedding agile ways of working and creative leadership mindsets.

  • Collaboration Network: Build and lead both local and global networks to share best practices and co-create cross-functional solutions.

3. Operational Excellence and Control

  • Governance and Risk: Ensure risk visibility and compliance with financial practices, maintaining lean, "fit-for-purpose" operational processes.

  • Performance Management: Monitor commercial results, advise on corrective actions, and provide guidance on contract life cycle profitability.
     

Who you are: 

  • To be successful in this role you will have broad Finance knowledge and Business Partner experience. 

  • A Bachelor degree is required, and an MA/MBA is a plus. 

  • You display strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels and to position ideas and manage expectations in line with an agreed portfolio. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience , with a proven track record leading teams and working in multinational environments.

  • Technical Competencies: Proficiency in management systems (SAP), collaboration tools (GSuite/MS Office), and advanced data analysis.

  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English.
