About the Role

Responsible for evaluating and testing the effectiveness of security controls to ensure the protection of our organization’s assets.

•    Conduct regular security control assessments to identify potential gaps.
•    Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
•    Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
•    Collaborate with security control owners to remediate identified vulnerabilities and enhance security controls.
•    Monitor and track the implementation of security control improvements.
•    Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

•    Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
•    8+ years’ relevant experience in Cybersecurity.
•    Strong understanding of the following: Windows/Linux/Mac OS; Commercial/Open-source offensive security tools
•    Good experience and knowledge on MITRE ATT&CK framework, incident response process, and attack simulation.
•    Experience in coordinating with various teams.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to escalate timely to management. Experienced in multicultural virtual team management and coordination.
•    Certification (Good to have): GCIH, GDAT, OSCP, CREST certification
