Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von TÜV-Prüfungen und Pflege der Sicherheitsdatenbank Quentic

• Auftragsanlage in SAP

• Pflege, Überarbeitung und Optimierung von Wartungsprotokollen

• Erstellung von Armaturenlisten

• Pflege von Dokumenten im GMP-Dokumentenmanagementprogramm MasterControl

• Berechnung des zeitlichen Aufwands von Wartungen und Terminierung der Wartungen

• Archivierung von Dokumenten und Logbüchern

• Arbeiten mit R&Is und Rotmastern

• Unterstützung der Materialstammanlage in SAP

• Vorbereitung von Werkzeug für die Wartung

• Beschriftung von Anlagenteilen an Prozessanlagen

• Erstellung von Anleitungen und Präsentationen

• Prüfung von Projektdokumenten

• Recherche zu Bauteilen an Prozessanlagen

Das ist uns wichtig

• Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Technisch-naturwissenschaftlicher Studiengang

• Kenntnisse in Prozess- und Anlagentechnik sind von Vorteil

• MS-Office Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Interesse an technischen Fragestellungen

• Erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft sich in verschiedene IT-Systeme einzuarbeiten
