Execute migration projects related to infrastructure version upgrades, platform changes, service locations, or operating entities. Architect and build new infrastructure environments to support evolving business needs. Analyze cost drivers affecting execution timelines to optimize business impact and transition speed. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and infrastructure transformation. Document processes and maintain clear communication throughout project phases. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Customer Technical Support. Beginner proficiency in IT Troubleshooting. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in Incident Management. Beginner proficiency in Problem Management.
