Job Description Summary

What impact you’ll make

Work for a manufacturing program of existing and new robotic, automated, semi-automated and measurement systems including development support of manufacturing processes for NPI’s and process improvements. Documenting process changes, driving program/fixture improvements, leading cycle time improvements, COQ and EHS actions. Guarantee good process description and production control data (times, routings), implement productivity actions, review- and make controls to support the manufacturing. Participate in Lean initiative and using 6 sigma tools for process improvements.

What you’ll do

  • Online/offline programing of robot, automated, semi-automated and measurement systems system for different manufacturing areas.
  • Take part in execution of the new technology implementation in automation, identify additional machine requirements due to capability shortfalls.
  • Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes.
  • Solve safety, quality and technology related issues on automation systems.
  • Implement productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives.
  • Monitor critical enablers used in automation (tools, fixtures, machines etc.). Collect and evaluate requests, equipment related improvement opportunities. Manage ordering, Support implementation.
  • Participates in Indirect material specifications / tests.
  • Monitor/organize required trainings and qualifications for operators.
  • Support the engineering team by technology experience of automation.
  • Participate in Lean initiative, support AWO actions to completion.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Technical Engineering degree (BSc or MSc) preferably mechanical
  • Some manufacturing experience
  • Experience in mechanical industry, automation and offline programing (heavy industry ideally)
  • Fluent in Hungarian
  • Good command of English
