Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Integrity & Compliance Analyst with Excel, Java Script, SQL, Tableau/BI, and Snowflake skills and Salesforce reporting experience or capabilities preferred. I&C Analyst will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and maintain I&C solutions that help drive strategic decisions across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to conduct investigations, provide detailed reports, and create insightful reporting that assists in reducing risk exposure and fraud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Design, develop and maintain reports that help to ensure data integrity of commissions and underwriting accuracy.
- Generate ad-hoc reports based on business needs using Salesforce SQL and BI platforms.
- Ensure that I&C solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Assist in presenting complex data in a simple, actionable format to business stakeholders.
- Data Management:
- Acquire, upload, and maintain carrier claims data from carrier partners.
- Assist in the development of API’s to be utilized in enterprise browser to identify data anomalies.
- Regularly review reports and accurately identify data inaccuracies for correction.
- Leverage Snowflake as the central cloud data warehouse to store, manage, and analyze data efficiently.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from different databases, especially Snowflake.
- Optimize SQL queries for efficiency and performance, ensuring large datasets are processed smoothly.
- Maintain and enhance the data pipeline, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data in Snowflake.
- Leverage Snowflake as the central cloud data warehouse to store, manage, and analyze data efficiently.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct investigations and ensure organizational compliance of industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and design effective reporting solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel data management and reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce reporting and Snowflake preferred, or willingness to invest in training resources.
- Strong problem solving and critical analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal daily oversight.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate and present to C-suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in sales is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and the ability to tell stories through data.
