DESCRIPTION

Matterport is looking for a self‑motivated, highly collaborative Capture Services Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end job order process for our Capture Services team. Capture Services is a globally scaled operation that delivers high‑quality Matterport digital twins quickly, conveniently, and cost‑effectively for customers across industries and use cases. As a core function on this team, the Capture Services Coordinator manages the full job lifecycle and ensures operational excellence for both customers and Capture Technicians. The ideal candidate is a proactive, versatile thinker who anticipates customer needs, resolves issues promptly, and communicates with professionalism.


This role is based on-site, five days a week, in our London office.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the dispatching and scheduling of incoming orders by working closely with customers and Capture Technicians, ensuring all job details and progress are accurately tracked in internal systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless, high‑touch service experience throughout the job lifecycle.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with our Capture Technician network, partnering with them daily to coordinate jobs, address challenges, and maintain high operational standards.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and procedures.
  • Oversee scheduling and tracking databases to ensure complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date order information, supporting data integrity and operational visibility.
  • Act as a key advocate for customers by sharing insights, trends, and feedback with internal stakeholders to help shape product, service, and operational improvements.
  • Track job milestones, proactively identify risks or delays, and coordinate solutions to keep orders on schedule and customers informed.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all Capture Services activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in account management, scheduling, or project coordination; marketplace experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with customers and internal partners.
  • Super multi-tasker who can work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to handle high task volume with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change with a flexible, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
