Managing Director, Data & Analytics - SLC Management
What is in it for you:
The Managing Director, Data & Analytics, is a key architect of the firm’s data and analytics vision. This executive will be charged with formulating the overarching strategy, driving its execution across the organization, and ensuring that the governance function is an enabler for innovation.
The Managing Director will be responsible for building, leading, and nurturing a high-performing team of data professionals—including data engineers, data analysts, governance specialists, and AI engineers—cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. In the process, the successful candidate will help develop reusable & governed data assets, implement change management processes to drive the data strategy forward, and partner with other technology leaders to develop architectural best practices.
The role will also emphasize collaboration with other technology and business leaders to facilitate and ensure the successful adoption of data, analytics, and AI solutions that are aligned to business objectives throughout the firm.
This position reports directly to the SMD, Head of Digital Solutions and Innovation, and will work closely with other senior executives to ensure seamless integration of data, analytics, and AI across all areas of the business.

140,000/140 000 - 225,000/225 000We are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this role is competitive and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined by your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on individual and overall business performance along with a broad range of competitive benefits.
