At CST Product we are redefining the experience of our customers, using AI and automations which will help us to identify the user intent with Context to provide one click resolution and adding intelligence to identify product gaps and downtime. We are also building a scalable platform to integrate with multiple products to provide Data sanity and Unified Customer experience


About the Role:
Paytm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, while playing a key role in shaping our telco product suite, including IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.


Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the product roadmap for Paytm's telco solutions, ensuring seamless integration with IVR, outbound dialler, SIP, and network infrastructure.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for Gen AI-powered audio and video communication products.
* Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
* Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of product features, including gathering requirements, defining user stories, and managing the development lifecycle.
* Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate on improvements to enhance user experience and performance metrics.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within the telecom sector.
* Proven experience working with telco-related products such as IVR, outbound dialers, SIP protocols, and network layers.
* Passion for new technologies and familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, Outbound dialler, SIP, Network layer integration etc..
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
