Sales Coordinator

Reporting To:

Customer Support Supervisor II

Work Schedule:

Hybrid – Hiratsuka, JP

Main Responsibilities: 

  • General customer services in the sales department.
  • Manage sales order and delivery schedule for assigned customers.
  • Issue and follow up of quotations, invoices and other documents related to sales activities using SAP.
  • Respond to customer needs and inquiries as a contact point for domestic and overseas customers.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with sales account managers and related departments for the execution of operations.
  • Participate in improving the sales transaction process (e.g. price, keeping sales records, customer support role).
  • Other administration jobs such as taking care of visitors, filing, mailing etc.

  • 販売取引プロセス(例:価格、販売記録の保存、カスタマーサポートの役割)の改善への参画
  • その他、営業庶務全般(来客対応、ファイリング、郵便物の配布等)

Qualifications:
Education/degree

  • Junior college or university graduate

Work Experiences

  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration
  • Knowledge and experience in order placement
  • Knowledge and experience in import/export transactions preferred
  • Experience working with overseas preferred 
  • Other skills
  • IT skills – Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience in ERP system, SAP user preferred
  • Honest and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Change management and flexible mindset
  • Time management skills with an awareness of productivity and efficiency

Location     Moog Japan – Hiratsuka city, Kanagawa 
Language    Japanese – Native level (Mandatory) 
English – Daily conversational level and above (TOEIC650+)
Working time    Full time (40hrs/week in 5 days)
