Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer - Workday Prism Analytics, is responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role leads a team of Prism analysts and consultants, manages stakeholder relationships at a senior level, and drives the analytics roadmap across Finance and HCM environments. You will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you create are both functional and user-friendly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and refining applications based on user feedback, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in your work. responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role leads a team of Prism analysts and consultants, manages stakeholder relationships at a senior level, and drives the analytics roadmap across Finance and HCM environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME for Prism architecture, deployment, and best practice
- Architecture & Data Engineering during the end-to-end implementation of Workday Prism Analytics
- Data Modeling & Reporting, Deliver advanced Workday reporting solutions including Prism dashboards, Discovery Boards, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Report Writer outputs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements, translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices
- Governance & Compliance, ensure strong data governance, reporting accuracy, security, and compliance across all reporting and analytics deliverables

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics experience with Workday Financials or HCM
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in application development and configuration.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
