Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Warehouse I position is to perform a variety of duties within the Distribution Center under general supervision including checking customer orders, order pulling, packing and stocking.

Schedule: Four shifts (Mon-Thu on non-holiday weeks)
Hours: 4:00 PM start until completed (about 8-10 hours)
Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pull, and pack daily outgoing merchandise.
  • Operate RF (radio frequency) scanning equipment in accordance with established procedures as needed in order to facilitate flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
  • May verify stock availability and replenish as needed. Verifies and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports.
  • Affix labels, tickets, or tags.
  • Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met in preparation to be forwarded to shipping department.
  • Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
