Hours: Full-time, 40 hours
Salary:  From £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Cromwell Veterinary Group is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Operations Manager to oversee all Cromwell sites and help shape the future of our thriving practices.

You will play a pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team to deliver an exceptional client journey, support our dedicated teams, and drive the success of the business across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the smooth operational running of all Cromwell practices.
• Driving delivery of business strategy and supporting continuous growth.
• Championing exceptional client experience and supporting a positive, engaged team culture.
• Leading key operational areas including HR, H&S, finance, marketing and client care.
• Acting as a trusted link between the practice teams and Linnaeus central support functions.
• Providing confident, compassionate leadership that inspires others to thrive.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organise and support diverse teams based across muti-sites within the Cromwell brand
• A passion for delivering outstanding client care and creating an environment where people feel valued.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Proven operational experience in running complex multi-site businesses, aligning teams with clear direction to achieve quality of care orientated performance
