What You'll Bring:

The incumbent is responsible for preparing budget, estimates and forecasts, working closely with FP&A lead to drive financial reporting and analysis. S/he is accountable for establishing guidelines, setting policies, and ensuring compliance with established company policies. The role will support in all areas of strategic and structured financial planning, budgeting/ forecasting.

  • Lead the process of (i) Annual Revenue (ii) Quarterly Forecasts and (iii) Monthly Variance Reports
  • Preparing monthly variance reports, highlighting key variances vs Budgets, Forecasts and PY along with other key Management Reports
  • Analyze Periodic Performance Statements: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, PL
  • Preparing various periodic reports and presentations, including board and management presentations.
  • Analyzing and identifying potential opportunities for revenue growth along with underlying risks arising out of changing market conditions, solutions along with customer wins & attrition.
  • Making of weekly estimates for business projections supported by business analysis driving business actionable
  • Working on automation of reports along with process improvements within subfunction
  • Tracking of key initiatives, and business improvement plans
  • Tracking of business performance of partners / Minority Investments

Impact You'll Make:

  • Chartered Accountant or master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting / Business or any relevant field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results. 

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
