Unannounced ProjectAt Blizzard, we craft genre-defining games and legendary worlds for all to share. Through unparalleled creativity and storytelling, we create immersive universes and iconic characters that are beloved across platforms, borders, backgrounds, and generations — only made possible by building a work environment that nurtures the artistry of game development and unleashes the aspirations of our people.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and collaboration-oriented Senior Producer to help us craft Blizzard’s next great game.
You will bring a strong background of leading, motivating, and supporting multi‑craft feature teams, as well as developing and being responsible for the production schedule to ensure successful deliveries. Sound like your next challenge? We can't wait to meet you!
Engage with the game leads to understanding and championing the game vision, performance goals, quality expectations, and backlog.
Partner with area leads across a few departments and support groups to ensure full understanding of production requirements, constraints, and dependencies. Translate these into a refined product backlog to deliver the right quality experience on a predictable and efficient timeline.
Build and maintain the production plan for your assigned area/features in partnership with the team and leads, and… make it happen!
Align the team around clear and motivating goals that are connected to the game strategy. Lead and support them to deliver quality features and content.
Guide the team to proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing clear scenarios and recommendations while promoting team‑wide visibility.
Organize and enable developers within and outside your immediate area, driving the cross‑team partnerships needed to land outcomes.
Encourage and support a positive, feedback‑focused culture in your team and help identify and resolve morale or engagement issues.
Provide support, input, and feedback toward individuals’ performance and growth; may directly mentor or manage associate/mid‑level producers where appropriate.
Have contributed to the development, release, and/or service operations of at least one game or live digital product.
Experience leading a feature team or pod, with proven coordination across partner teams.
Experience with lean/agile product management and methodologies.
Champion a team culture of trust and respect, where open feedback, accountability, and the courage to experiment quickly and learn are the norm.
Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working.
Familiarity with F2P and live‑service models and how they inform production approaches.
Love for games and product development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
