We are looking for a hands-on technical lead to drive advanced cybersecurity initiatives, including applied security research, security products, and AI security.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in cybersecurity, with knowledge in areas such as secure system design, network, infrastructure, ai security and modern technologies. This role involves working directly with clients to assess and strengthen the security of complex systems and to lead innovative, hands-on research in cybersecurity.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead research on emerging threats and defenses across cybersecurity domains.
• Work closely with global clients to identify risks and conduct comprehensive security assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams across cybersecurity, data science, and engineering.
• Lead, guide, and mentor security researchers.
• Represent the group in external forums, including conferences, working groups, and client briefings.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and research mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Extensive expertise across multiple areas of cybersecurity, with strong hands-on capabilities in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and ai
• Strong capability to independently tackle complex, end-to-end technical challenges.
• Excellent technical written skills in English and Hebrew.
