About the Position
As the Director, People Systems, you will partner with FiscalNote leadership to design, build, implement and manage our HR systems and workflows including, but not limited to, our HRIS, ATS, LMS, Helpdesk and Intranet. You will identify areas of opportunity to improve existing processes and implement changes that positively impact the People Team and FiscalNote employees worldwide. You will implement metrics and analytics, integrations, processes and workflows, employee records and reporting. You will work closely with other stakeholders, including People Partners, Total Rewards, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT.

You are highly analytical and bring strong quantitative and qualitative skills and you love to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You are technical and enjoy finding ways of automating manual tasks through the careful implementation of process and integrations. You are a strong communicator, critical thinker, keen problem solver, metrics-minded, and highly organized.
