The Medical Disability Examiner will review medical records and complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for Veterans Affairs compensation and pension claims using the Acceptable Clinical Evidence (ACE) methodology. Responsibilities include thorough evaluation of all pertinent medical documentation, and clear and accurate completion of DBQs. 

The examiner must apply current VA examination and documentation standards, deliver timely and high-quality reports, and ensure all findings meet ACE quality and regulatory criteria. All work supports the VA’s mission to expedite accurate benefits decisions for Veterans by leveraging advanced automation and evidence-based evaluation processes.
