About the Role

负责分公司运营部的工作统筹指导，确保友邦保险的产品、服务及内部运作、业务流程符合所需的质量标准。

• 全面负责分公司运营部的工作统筹指导，根据分公司发展规划及总部运营部指导，制定分公司运营部发展规划、年度工作计划、预算计划，并负责制定并分解分公司运营业绩目标。
• 协调分公司资源，统筹运营及服务条线公司级重大运营项目承接，推动项目在分公司落地实施。
• 监督落实情况负责部门人员绩效考核，监督部门各项工作、绩效指标、管理要求的落实及完成情况。
• 负责部门员工的能力培养与发展，搭建部门人才梯队，提升专业能力水平
• 根据分公司整体运营工作计划及业绩目标，负责汇总分析分公司运营数据，撰写相关管理报告。
• 统筹实施应对当地监管的调研、检查、调研等要求，统一回复当地监管要求的运营相关的数据报送、运营报告。
• 协调、执行条线内部的反洗钱日常工作， 确保反洗钱法律法规要求、公司反洗钱制度及流程相关要求有效落实，包括不限于客户身份识别及交易记录信息登记更新、名单筛查与预警排查、大额可疑交易调查与上报、客户风险评估、高风险客户/业务强化尽职调查及审核等。
• 对接合规部总体规划要求及营运内部风险管控要求 开展反洗钱工作的检查、整改、培训及宣传、汇报等工作。
