Job Description:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HRBP team during the annual Talent Review season - a key initiative where leaders assess talent, review past development activities, and plan for future growth initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Review Preparation:
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required inputs.
Gain exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday and develop familiarity with navigating reports and extracting relevant data
Cross-check data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Consolidate and format information into presentation slides for review sessions.
HR Data Analysis & Insights:
Conduct analysis to identify trends and patterns in talent data.
Generate insights to support strategic talent discussions.
Assist in preparing working files and summary reports
General HR Support
Assist with other ad hoc HR tasks as part of regular operations (eg. monthly HR reporting activities)
