Job Description:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HRBP team during the annual Talent Review season - a key initiative where leaders assess talent, review past development activities, and plan for future growth initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Review Preparation:

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required inputs.

• Gain exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday and develop familiarity with navigating reports and extracting relevant data

• Cross-check data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Consolidate and format information into presentation slides for review sessions.

HR Data Analysis & Insights:

• Conduct analysis to identify trends and patterns in talent data.

• Generate insights to support strategic talent discussions.

• Assist in preparing working files and summary reports

General HR Support

• Assist with other ad hoc HR tasks as part of regular operations (eg. monthly HR reporting activities)
