Grado 7
Representante de Servicio al Cliente Telefónico orientado a brindar atención integral y oportuna a nuestros clientes. Será responsable de gestionar solicitudes relacionadas con:
Cobranzas
Cotizaciones
Envíos y entregas
Procesos de exportación e importación
Aclaraciones de facturación
Investigaciones por pérdidas o daños
Información general sobre servicios
Modalidad: 100% teletrabajo (desde Medellín o área metropolitana)
Jornada: 44 horas semanales
Horario: Lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos entre la 1:00 a. m. y la 1:00 p. m.
Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido
Experiencia previa en áreas de servicio al cliente (preferiblemente en atención telefónica).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos dentro del horario establecido.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y resolución de problemas.
