Responsibilities & Deliverables

Processing Payroll: Manage payroll processing for EMEA entities.

Coordination: Oversee payroll data collection, ensure timely processing by third-party providers, verify outputs, and ensure delivery of salaries and other dues to employees and tax authorities.

HR Support: Assist HR operations with statutory certifications and complex payroll-related cases.

Calculations & Estimates: Provide calculations and cost estimates for vacation accruals, profit sharing, and leaver’s costs.

Payment Management: Ensure timely release of payment files and manual payment schedules for salaries and third-party dues.

Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll control accounts and clear balances, ensuring consistency between headcounts and payroll/HR databases.

Journal Posting: Post PL and cash journals in NS according to internal procedures and reconcile payments and debts.

Cash-Flow Forecasting: Forecast cash flow and support ad-hoc project delivery.

Treasury Liaison: Coordinate with Treasury on funding requirements and assist the direct manager as needed.

Communication: Validate and sign off on outputs with payroll providers.

Process Improvement: Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

Additional Tasks: Undertake any other activities assigned by superiors to improve payroll/finance processes and strategic objectives.

Required Experience

Education: Graduate degree in any stream

Experience: Over 5 years of payroll experience; GL experience is a plus.

Multi-Country Payrolls: Experience managing payrolls across multiple countries (UK, France, Switzerland or German payroll experience is a plus).

Payroll Providers: Experience working with payroll providers.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Ability to liaise with HR, Finance, and Treasury departments.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and resilience in handling challenges.

Results-Driven: Action-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects under strict time constraints.

Adaptability: Capacity to handle sustained workload pressure.
