主要职责

  • 负责公司产品(包括深静脉血栓预防类产品、肠内营养支持类产品)的销售和推广工作,完成销售任务
  • 开发、维护所管辖区域销售渠道和医院等终端客户资源,具备较强的小设备及临床耗材开发能力
  • 了解市场同类产品相关信息及市场动态,整合市场资源,提出针对性市场策略
  • 贯彻执行公司的市场销售策略,配合市场部进行区域学术活动,推动重点科室(外科、重症、护理等)的临床应用
  • 具备较强学习和创新能力,能快速掌握产品知识及销售技巧,做好市场开发、产品培训及研讨会等工作

任职资格

  • 本科及以上学历,医学、护理、药学或相关专业背景优先
  • 为人正直,价值观正确,具备良好的职业操守
  • 3年以上医疗器械或临床耗材销售经验,熟悉深静脉血栓预防类产品或肠内营养支持类产品者优先
  • 有设备及耗材销售经验,具有代理商管理经验(有外科、重症科室药品或营养支持产品销售经验亦可考虑)
  • 有浙江省医疗器械设备或临床耗材销售经验者优先
  • 熟悉客户教育,可以独立完成学术活动的策划、申请和实施
  • 具备较强的市场开拓能力,能在空白市场快速建立客户关系
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力,执行力强,团队合作精神佳
  • 能适应出差(出差时间占30-40%)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products, including Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) prevention products and Enteral Nutrition Support products, and achieving assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain sales channels in the jurisdictional areas and end-customer resources such as hospitals, with strong capability in small device and clinical consumables development
  • Understand the relevant information and market dynamics of similar products, integrate market resources, and propose targeted strategies
  • Implement the company’s marketing and sales strategy, cooperate with the marketing department to carry out regional academic activities, and drive clinical adoption in key departments (surgery, intensive care, nursing, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong learning and innovation ability, quickly master product knowledge and sales skills, and effectively conduct market development, product training, and seminars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or related fields
  • Integrity, values, and strong professional ethics
  • More than 3 years of experience in medical devices or clinical consumables sales, with familiarity in DVT prevention or enteral nutrition support products preferred
  • Experience in both equipment and consumables sales, with agent management experience (sales background in surgery, intensive care, or nutrition support products also considered)
  • Prior sales experience in medical devices or medical consumables in Zhejiang preferred
  • Familiar with customer education, able to independently plan, apply for, and implement academic events
  • Strong ability to develop new markets and establish customer relationships in untapped areas
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills, with strong execution and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel (30–40% of working time)
