Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineer within the ICD Modern Manufacturing Transformation (MMT) team, you will help shape and deploy modern manufacturing capabilities that drive safety, quality, cost, and productivity across a global manufacturing network. You will provide technical expertise to design, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements while enabling scalable, future‑ready solutions.
In this role, you will partner closely with manufacturing facilities, engineering, and leadership to develop, pilot, and replicate advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices. Serving as a subject matter expert in manufacturing transformation, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable impact at an enterprise level. Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
