The Senior Consultant is responsible for working independently and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex technical issues, exercising independent judgment and creative solutioning. This role may coordinate the activities of other team members (team lead) to ensure successful completion of projects and assignments, mentoring and providing guidance and advice to new team members.
The Senior Consultant manages complex engagements, applying expert technical knowledge and building strong client relationships.

Virtualization - Expert knowledge of KubeVirt (OpenShift Virtualization) and legacy hypervisors (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or RHV).
Infrastructure - Deep experience with Bare Metal deployments and hardware provisioning (Metal3, Ironic).
Networking -Advanced L2/L3 networking, Load Balancing, and CNI (OVN-Kubernetes, Calico).
Storage - Distributed storage knowledge (Ceph/ODF), NVMe performance tuning, and backup tools (OADP/Velero).
Automation - High proficiency in Ansible (writing Playbooks/Roles) and Terraform.
OS & Security - Strong RHEL administration and Kubernetes security (RBAC, Network Policies, SELinux).
