DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Manager of Formulation Manufacturing at our organization, you'll guide teams responsible for delivering critical pharmaceutical and diagnostic products that help improve health outcomes. You'll oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and supporting operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Working with cross-functional partners, you'll enhance manufacturing processes, develop staff capabilities, and implement effective solutions to meet growing customer demands.
This leadership role combines technical expertise with people management to deliver exceptional product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency. You'll manage budgets, resources, and KPIs while cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability. Your contributions will strengthen the organization as you collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Technical Services and other stakeholders to advance manufacturing excellence and support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years operations experience, in a pharmaceutical industry or other GMP environment.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
Compensation
