Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Reporting to the State Manager, the main purpose of this role is to grow the Sleep Solutions business across all of the Air Liquide Healthcare (ALH) clinics and partner locations within an assigned region through increased referrals to the ALH sleep offer.Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on growing market share and increasing referrals within the sleep market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and changes in the sleep market and identify potential areas for growth
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports outlining progress towards goals
Tertiary education in business administration, marketing or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry; Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
Sleep market knowledge or experience is preferred but not required, full training is provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes for medical devices
Must have a valid permanent AU working rights.
