The Opportunity:
You will work across the Business Operations, Services Integration and Sales branches of the organization to identify any
potential issues, and or gaps, that would preclude mission success. You will bring your knowledge of NSA’s CsFC program,
program control, program management, and financial accountability to build internal processes that maximize efficiencies,
communication and accountability to ensure service delivery success.
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
2. Services Integration Success:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business operations and services integration to ensure project success.
- Coordinate across CACI functional areas and program/project managers to ensure each project has the tools and resources
needed for success.
- Work with project managers to develop key performance indicators for gauging project and financial health.
- Work with operations, services and sales team to identify potential issues before they occur and identifies short and longterm
solutions to ensure issue resolution.
- Gather internal and external feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Business Operations and Service Integration areas to align operational processes with business
objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss operational challenges, share best practices, and foster a culture
of collaboration.
- Supports the training and development of team members on operational processes and tools.
4. Project Management:
- Lead and manages cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide critical support and data analysis to project managers to ensure projects start and are completed on time and
within scope.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for further improvement.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project KPIs, and process improvements to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain documentation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Qualifications:
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of the NSA’s Commercial Solutions for Classified Systems (CsFC) program.
- 7+ years of experience in business management, project control, customer success, or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in project management and familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired:
1. Experience in vendor management, software license management.
2. Experience with software as a service pricing models.
