  • Manage and track all leased and rental trucks for constant accountability and billing.
  • Maintain and update the internal system (IGLOO) to show accurate information. 
  • Conduct daily yard checks, verifying mileage and inspections of all units to stay on top of available inventory.
  • Review Rental agreements and update them to reflect outgoing and incoming mileage, fuel usage and location of vehicles. 
  • Ensure the company is on top of funds and budget by requesting and imputing customer mileage to track fuel charges.
  • Stay up-to-date on fleet location to verify who had the vehicle in case of tickets or toll violation payments.
  • Verify insurance and business legitimacy before rental to new customers, ensuring we do business with credible persons limiting the destruction, loss of vehicle and unpaid debt.
  • Upon return, report and document the unit's fuel shortage and any damage to the Branch Manager and Licensing Department, immediately addressing any issues or fuel costs to the vehicle.
  • Report all billing issues to CFO and financial team immediately.
  • Identify any mechanical issues with rental trucks and report to the Service Manager for immediate rectification to minimize downtime.

  • Manage preventative maintenance scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
  • Obtain initial vehicle information and check the vehicle into the workshop and system. Create work order for needed repairs.
  • Give a complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts and labor.
  • Work with the Technicians on vehicle status and communicating timeline for repairs to customers.
  • Assure effective communication with customers, Foreman and Technicians.
  • Perform inventory, order parts needed for the branch and reconciling cash receipts.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign Technicians to specific duties.
  • Attending company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Assist during the initial training and evaluation of personnel (Mechanics).
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by Branch Manager.
