GuidePoint Security is hiring a Practice Lead, Identity Managed Services to lead and grow our Identity managed services team. This is a remote full-time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the team responsible for Identity managed services Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings to include Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Access Management (AM) services.
- Develop Identity managed services architecture and customer support model.
- Integrate Identity managed services with internal Information Technology business systems
- Work closely with GuidePoint Regional teams to create a cohesive Identity managed services offering.
- Develop Identity managed services offerings to meet clients demands and maintain roadmap for new services offerings.
- Develop an Identity managed services staffing support model to support x number of clients per (POD).
- Develop Identity managed service descriptions that clearly articulate the service offerings and support levels.
- Focus on growth and development of Identity managed services personnel, including professional and technical enablement such as growth plans, skills matrix, etc.
- Partners directly with Account Executives and Regional Partners to help grow their Identity managed services business.
- Develop Identity managed services statements of work.
- Develops Identity managed services collateral and use cases.
- Participates in Identity related webinars and panel discussions.
- Acts as trusted advisor for Identity managed services with external customers and our regional teams.
Required experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on leadership designing, architecting & building Identity PaaS offerings.
- Experience in developing and building new services and teams.
- Strong verbal and writing skills to develop technical documentation and presentations.
- Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions.
- Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships.
- 3+ years of experience in scoping and sizing complex projects.
- 3+ years of experience in responding to RFPs and developing statements of work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and run a remote team.
- Understanding of common IAM industry standards and best practices.
Preferred:
- Platform as a Service background for Identity services
- Experience providing Identity managed services to customers
- Experience negotiating contracts with offshore resources
- Experience working with cross functional offshore teams
Educational/Certifications Qualifications Desired:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc. and/or equivalent applicable experience.
