Job Description Summary:

Dispenses and compounds medication. Counsels patients on medication and health subjects; interprets prescriptions; manages patient's drug therapy for complications; and performs drug utilization. This position collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health-care practitioners to provide safe, high quality, and cost effective drug therapy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)RPH - Registered Pharmacist - Board of Pharmacy Specialties

BS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and a current Ohio pharmacist license. Completion of a Pharmacy Practice residency or equivalent hospital Experience . Pharmacology Therapeutics for all age groups. Aseptic Technique and drug literature review. Previous hospital pharmacy Experience .
