The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications and contributes to the planning, development, and execution of content supporting Fidelity Clearing Canada’s marketing and communications strategy. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across the business to support corporate, operational, and incident communications, and collaborates with internal teams including Corporate Affairs and Production Marketing, as needed, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. The Manager also works with external vendors to support digital visibility initiatives, including search, AI‑enabled discovery, and paid search (SEM).

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Product, Marketing and/or general Communications role required.
University degree or equivalent work experience required.
A solid understanding of marketing strategy, positioning, and the effective use of marketing and communications channels to support business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated strengths in writing, editing, and developing clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders.
Well‑developed analytical, creative, and organizational skills, enabling you to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
A good understanding of investment and financial services concepts; related qualifications (e.g., industry designations) are considered an asset but are not required.

For this role, your total rewards include:
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $99,000 to $135,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
