The Digital Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client objectives. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, effective communication with clients, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools. He/She will also work closely with Account Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Management

  • Establish and build relationships internally and with junior & mid-level client
  • Serve as the primary point of contract for clients, maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives
  • Day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients and other agency partners to manage the logistical aspects of project delivery 
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review campaign progress and gather feedback
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization 

2. Project management

  • Ensure all agency briefs are complete and clear (context, mandatory information, deliverables, timelines, budgets etc.) before engaging managed resources 
  • Oversee the execution of digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, under the supervision of Account Manager.
  • Work with internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, media etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and on time
  • Develop accurate and detailed contact report after every meeting with internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Have a basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements and the ability to recognize scope changes and escalate to senior team members as needed  
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Enforce internal Quality Assurance (QA) processes and measure to avoid/minimise duplication of effort and protect agency reputation 
  • Ensure regular communication of project status with Account Manager and Deputy Managing Director
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail

3. Digital Strategic Planning

  • Partner with Account Manager in preparing relevant materials, including market information, trends, competitive information as well as client product information for development of plans or strategies
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and social platforms and demonstrate understanding of how they can be integrated into communications program and customer experience.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate (in related field preferred)
  • 1 year experience in communication/ digital or related experience required with established track record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detailed-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; a fast learner 
  • Demonstrable passion for creativity and all aspects of the agency’s business
  • Basic understanding in customer experience design, digital marketing and project management
  • Basic research and analysis skills
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
  • Natural and effective collaborator
  • Proactive in learning and developing additional skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player, problem solver, hard and fast worker, organized, and autonomous
