Job Description

The Human Resources Administrator for North America Market Operations Central Organizations supports 3 organizations including, Go to Market Innovation and Sales Operations, Central Finance, and Central Analytics & Insights, and owns stewardship responsibilities for North America Market Operations Human Resources.

This role is responsible for:

  • Driving organizational effectiveness through personnel change management
    • Manage Workday as Organization Data Expert (ODE), Local HR Data Coordinator (LHRDC), and OU Mobility Partner (OUMP) to maintain the organization’s structure, personnel changes, and accurate Cost Center details
    • Own additional personnel change processes, including relocation, Fleet (where relevant), support organization onboarding processes, and assist new hire as needed
    • Maintain accurate personnel tracking and organization structure documentation
    • Sales Talent Council HR representative for Sales Operations
  • Delivering Superior Employee Value Equation as Employee Relations Contact
    • First line resource for employees to provide clarity on policies, programs, benefits, and other relevant topics. Understand when to escalate cases to HR Business Partner, HRA Employee Care Resource, or Employee Relations Practices.
    • Manage personnel leaves, including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) qualifying events, Urgent Leaves, and Personal Leaves of Absence.
    • Co-lead HR education sessions annually, including Impact Through Growth sessions (Mid-Year Career Conversations, Fiscal Year End, and Align Impact Plan), Annual Benefits Enrollment, and BTA Time Policy Training. Cover any additional training topics as needed.
  • Maintaining Stewardship Requirements for NA Market Operations Human Resources Organization
    • Own multiple annual processes, including Affirmative Action Plan, Power of You Coordinator responsibilities, P&G Survey, and Information Security (InfoSec) initiatives
    • First line resource for NAMO Workday support; provide ad-hoc reports and lead with a growth mindset for continued improvements, simplification, and advancing skillset in the tool.
    • Build the organization through work as a member of the NAMO Connectedness Team, including meeting attendance, event planning and management, and owning employee communication.

Job Qualifications

  • Individual must be on-site in Cincinnati 3+ days a week
  • Process ownership and operational discipline
  • Solution-oriented and operates with a sense of urgency, embraces change in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Data management and analytics – ability to create reports and analyze information to develop solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Workday and HR policies is preferred
  • Discretion and maintaining confidentiality

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
