Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. You will lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance, investing in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure effective management of client aspects of service management for outsourcing contracts. - Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. - Invest in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. - Maintain strong client relationships. - Provide guidance and support to the team in delivering high-quality services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Continuity Disaster Recovery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and practices. - Experience in managing outsourcing contracts and ensuring service delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Disaster Recovery. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
