Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Infrastructure Design: Support the infrastructure design process to meet business and technical requirements. - Automation: Automate infrastructure setup using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Service Deployment: Deploy services using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker, focusing on increasing scalability and optimizing speed. - Cloud Platform Management: Manage cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to ensure efficient and secure operations. - ELK Stack Management: Set up and manage the ELK stack for logging and monitoring. - CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and GitHub Actions. - Infrastructure Management: Manage, improve, and monitor cloud infrastructure, including backups and patching. - System Troubleshooting: Perform system troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven experience in cloud infrastructure design and management - Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS - Experience with the ELK stack and CI/CD tools - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
