Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Lending Product Management (LPM) Credit Risk Management Services (CRMS) is seeking an experienced professional to help manage continues improvement initiatives within CRMS. The Business Unit Support Officer role requires close coordination and understanding of the credit risk and lending processes changing regulatory landscape, policy implications, regulatory reporting, and data remediation concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage projects from ideation through implementation, engaging users, technologists, and management consistently.
  • Follow and drive solutions in line with internal policy, industry, and regulatory developments. Provide the appropriate levels of transparency and communication with Sr. Management, users, functional support, and technologists, including regular governance meetings with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities in the unit. Ensure and monitor the accuracy and completeness of service offerings within the Lending Product Management organization.
  • Support the Head of Credit Risk Management Service in accommodating requests related to the Lending Product Management organization, including providing requested data from auditors, and other related parties.
  • Complete and ensure timely submission for deliverables related to the WCR Transformation, ICG Risk & Control, Internal Audit, and/or stakeholders, as required.
  • Pro-actively manage risk, identify & correct control gaps.
  • Support global standardization efforts as per operations guidelines.
  • Actively identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Support internal communications.
  • Assist in quality controls process.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in wholesale credit from a Banking, Product Management, Risk Management, or Operational capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of loans and credit enhancement products. History of partnering closely with engineering, operations, and/or risk to drive change in an organization.
  • Experience in defining controls or implementing policy changes.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is a plus point.
  • Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
