Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features of AI-powered systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design responsive, accessible user interfaces and implement secure backend integrations. You will leverage your expertise in frontend and full stack development to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experiences, while rapidly prototyping and iterating based on stakeholder feedback and telemetry. Engaging in problem-solving discussions, defining contracts with backend engineers, and ensuring end-to-end reliability will be key aspects of your role, keeping you at the forefront of AI-driven product development.

Roles & Responsibilities
-Build responsive, accessible UI using React with clean component architecture.
-Implement AI UX patterns including chat UI, streaming responses, prompt history, and session state.
-Integrate UI with AI services/APIs securely (token handling, OIDC/OAuth2 flows, role-based access).
-Rapidly prototype and iterate on UI based on stakeholder feedback and telemetry.
-Collaborate with backend engineers to define contracts and ensure end-to-end reliability.
-Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
-Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
-Expected to perform independently and become an SME in frontend and AI integration patterns.

Professional & Technical Skills
-Must To Have Skills: Strong frontend engineering: React, Node.js, state management, routing.
-Experience building data-rich UIs (tables, filters, charts) and reusable design systems.
-Full stack capability: Node/.NET API integration and basic backend troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with AI integration patterns (calling LLM endpoints, streaming UI updates).
-Solid understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.

Good To Have Skills:
-Next.js, TailwindCSS/MUI.
-Storybook for component-driven development.
-Cypress/Playwright for end-to-end testing.
-UI observability and analytics experience.

Additional Information
-The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend/full stack development.
-A 15 years full-time education is required.
