As Solutions Architect - Enterprise Monitoring, you will be Anchor (Single Point of Contact) for You will be working with a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation, solution design detailed design, development, testing and software configuration management. Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have high impact on our end users.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create complex conceptual designs.

  • Research, evaluate and plan technical solutions to business problems.

  • Oversee implementation and adoption of new technology acquisition, including performing some hands-on engineering implementation.

  • Design integration scenarios for end-to-end system integration of new and existing solutions.

  • Proof of Concept – Evaluate various technologies, performing a proof of concept in each, and define the recommended solution.

  • Develop and maintain system architecture strategy and roadmaps, working with engineering partners and business stakeholders.

  • Contribute to creating a cohesive and reusable engineering architecture that optimizes for speed and value

  • Partner with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to Sr Associate, Associates and Jr Associate engineers

  • Ability to work on medium-to-complex projects under no supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure management tools.

  • Ability to lead and drive medium to large enterprise projects.

  • Must have hands on expertise on AWS OpenSearch platform.

  • Ability to onboard logs from multiple sources and creation of Dashboard and Watcher Alerts.

  • Experience working with tools like Dynatrace, BigPanda, and MicroFocus suite will have added advantages.

  • Experience developing a common architecture vision with IT and line of business leaders.

  • Ability to implement shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.

  • Strong knowledge of technical frameworks, methodologies, industry standards and specifications
