Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM OpenPages.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration of software solutions across multiple systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM OpenPages.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
