We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and driven professional who can work across the enterprise to help us mature our Third-Party Risk Management program and the relevant capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, diverse team with an opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the enterprise-wide risk and control program.
About the Role
In your role as Director, Third Party Risk Management, you will:
Be capability oriented: Design, implement and continuously improve Third-Party Risk Management capabilities maturing the firm’s control landscape.
Be a partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm’s Procurement and Sourcing, Partnerships and Alliances, General Counsel, Services, Technology, and Information Security functions.
Be customer driven: Deliver world-class quality across several enterprise-wide services e.g. screening, third party risk assessment, finding remediation and more,
Be a strong stakeholder: Engage directly with business and senior management, providing guidance and recommendations whenever given engagement affects the firm’s overall risk posture.
Be a change agent: Run and deliver on change projects to further strengthen processes, leveraging AI among other modern technologies.
Be a leader: Lead, mentor and coach a diverse, rapidly growing team of subject matter experts and risk professionals, paving their way to success and personal growth.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Director, Third Party Risk Management if you have:
15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years of relevant risk management, and third-party risk management experience; 5+ of which, in a leadership role spearheading large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.
Track record designing and implementing third-party risk management policies and operational processes in collaboration with business stakeholders and across all enterprise risk domains.
Superb ability to bond and work with various stakeholders of varying level of seniority...
Proven track record of building and leading a diverse team of highly performing individuals.
Natural curiosity, ability to navigate uncertainty and deal with ambiguity.
