We're currently seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator with a healthcare background to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating patient care by scheduling clinical staff for home visits. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent time management skills, and can think critically to solve scheduling challenges.

This position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for work-life balance.

Compensation starting at $26 per hour, with room for negotiation.

responsibilities, including:
- Scheduling clinical staff with patients and confirming appointments.
- Coordinating office appointments, reviews, credentialing, and supervisory visits.
- Maintaining accurate client charting and system profile management.
- Ensuring up-to-date availability schedules for clinicians.

To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Two or more years of experience in scheduling/staffing.
- Two or more years of experience in home health and administration.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
