This position reports to:
Administration Section Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your proficiency by providing efficient support services.
One of the primary responsibilities will be organizing exceptional company events that inspire, engage, and create a memorable experience for all participants.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Daily Reception support (including first point of contact and support for ABB employees, guest and clients, access cards administration, registering and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and couriers in dedicated systems, support during visits, events, onboarding days)
Coordination of the proper functioning of the office, solving any incidents related to office administration
Cooperating with company departments as well as external suppliers
Preparing orders and invoice settlements in dedicated systems
Preparing reports and presentations
Ongoing administrative support and assistance with additional tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications for the role:
You have some experience in administration/events organization
Possess knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel, Power Point, Share Point, PowerBI
You are motivated by administration area, problem solving and working within deadlines
You are skilled at communicating in the English language
