RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.

  • Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

  • Utilize Android framework like Jetpack libraries, Navigation, and Recycler views.

  • Familiarize with Biometrics, push notifications, and usage of Camera APIs.

  • Utilize Kotlin using various libraries and components like RxJava, Coroutines, and injecting libraries.

  • Design library concepts like MVP, MVVM, and live data. Utilize code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Android framework like Jetpack libraries, Navigation, and Recycler views;

  • Familiarizing with Biometrics, push notifications, and usage of Camera APIs;

  • Utilizing Kotlin using various libraries and components like RxJava, Coroutines, and injecting libraries;

  • Designing library concepts like MVP, MVVM, and live data; and,

  • Utilizing code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
