Job Category

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Growth Strategy (Cross-Sell) to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive incremental revenue through cross-vertical and cross-product expansion. This role will design and operationalize scalable cross-sell strategies across business units, aligning product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to unlock revenue synergies.
 
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and has experience driving complex, multi-product revenue initiatives.
 
Responsibilities

Enterprise Cross-Sell Strategy

  • Develop and own the company-wide cross-sell strategy across verticals and product lines.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Define bundled offerings, packaging strategies, and value propositions.
  • Establish revenue targets and success metrics for cross-sell initiatives.
Data & Opportunity Analysis
  • Analyze customer segmentation, buying patterns, and product penetration.
  • Build business cases for new cross-sell programs.
  • Track and report on cross-sell performance metrics (attach rate, penetration, LTV expansion).
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Drive go-to-market coordination for bundled or multi-product campaigns.
  • Influence roadmap prioritization to support cross-vertical integration.
Program Execution
  • Launch and scale cross-sell initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Develop pilot programs and iterate based on results.
  • Remove operational friction that limits cross-sell performance.
Executive Communication
  • Present strategy and results to executive leadership.
  • Provide quarterly performance updates and opportunity forecasts.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on performance insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, corporate strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record driving measurable revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple products or business units.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent executive communication skills.
  • MBA preferred (not required).
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $175,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
