The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and expert individual to join the team as a Senior Business Analyst. This role provides tailored client reporting solutions for some of America’s largest Defined Contribution (DC) Clients using data preparation tools, database query languages, and cloud-based data warehousing platforms
You will be focused on supporting and establishing relationships across teams and business partners in supporting analytic & adhoc client requests. You are the Data Storyteller providing data-driven, contextualized insights to effectively communicate narratives. In addition, to perform critical data analysis to mitigate and remediate significant production incidents impacting multiple Workplace Investing clients

The Client Reporting Team is passionate about supporting the Client Facing and Operations teams that provide first class service to our DC clients. The solutions, tools, and reports we provide allow our front-line associates to focus on the true needs of the client
The Reporting Consultant role is part of the broader Defined Contribution Client Services Organization. DC CSO plays a meaningful role every day in servicing over 18,000 401k record keeping clients. We bring value to these Plan Sponsors by providing analytics and reporting to support the administration of their retirement plans
