Who we are looking for:

SSGA’s Global Funds Management (“GFM”) team drives sound fund oversight programs across SSGA’s funds and services. GFM’s Product Content Management Team is looking for a Product Content Analyst who will partner with the global Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”) to manage the product content within SSGA’s websites and fact sheets. The role will be responsible for updating and maintaining product-related materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities of the Product Content Analyst are below.

• Manage product content on websites and fact sheets globally for new/updated product content, ensuring timely and accurate updates from SMEs.
• Analyze the impact of fund events on product content (e.g. fund launches, closings, ad-hoc changes, annual updates) and proactively plan and implement product content updates.
• Understand and adhere to governance procedures, compliance and regulatory requirements to make sure websites and fact sheets are updated correctly and timely based on fund events, service levels, annual updates, etc.
• Proactive identification of gaps and process inefficiencies; and propose and implement streamlined and efficient procedures. 
• Maintain product content management systems to make sure content is in alignment with fund structure and systematic hierarchies.
• Partner with IT to drive innovative enhancement, improve automation and system efficiency, and user experience.

Job Skills and Abilities

• Proactive individual contributor who takes the initiative, proactively problem-solves, works independently and is responsible and accountable for their work, while also performing as a member of a team working towards a common goal, processes and priorities.
• Keen eye for details and ability to manage multiple priorities with differing timelines and collaborating with colleagues and SMEs across the globe.
• ETF, Mutual Fund, Cash Funds, UCITS, SICAV and asset management knowledge.
• Experience with product content management system(s), large-scale document reviews, metrics reporting, trending, procedure writing, process redesign, and mitigating risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
