Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters and concrete finishers with daily construction activities
Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
Perform concrete-related tasks, including forming, placing, vibrating, patching, and finishing assistance
Assist with layout, framing, formwork, and other carpentry-related duties
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely
Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry, concrete, or general commercial construction preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Work Conditions:
Monday to Friday working from 7 am to 3pm, working 8 hours per day, overtime rates apply after 40 hours worked per week
Potential overtime hours may be required per project needs
