Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting guests in a welcoming manner
Accurately directing guests to restrooms, concessions areas, and seats
Scanning admission tickets and passes from guests for each event
Checking in Will Call, Premium, and VIP guests
Passing out programs or other event-related materials
Answering event or facility-related questions
Assisting security personnel with crowd control
Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the show or performance
Maintaining the standards of cleanliness inside the theater and lobby
Working as a part of a team to ensure the best experience for patrons and artists
Consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Exceptional verbal communication skills
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
Safety-minded and able to follow and enforce safety protocols
Education and/or Experience
Previous work as an usher preferred
Experience working in the service industry a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Working Environment
Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
Position may include being outside the venue doors.
Work Hours
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Irregular hours
Flexible schedule
Physical Demands
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
Handling objects, products, and scanning machines
Must be able to stay in one location for long periods of time and safely/efficiently move about the entire facility

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
Overtime: time and one-half paid for weekly hours over 40
Sick leave paid in accordance with Washington state law
