• Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs
• Review all output investigation and correction of errors associated with the auditing of payroll data
• Create reports to internal and external parties
• Support payroll mangers in case of audit requests
• Ensure that process documentations are always up-to-date (desktop procedures, process maps)
• Ensure that employee enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the established service level agreements
• Manage and report control issues with transparency

Ideal background:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent research and problem solving skills
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet payroll processing deadlines
